Wares in natural daylight

Documenting finished stoneware, hand-planed timber boards, and workbench studies captured under clear morning window light before packing. Each seasonal batch reflects thoughtful materials, natural textures, and unhurried workbench hours.

Studio shelves and parcels

A visual record of seasonal firings, turned timber bowls, hand-stitched utility textiles, and wrapped orders ready for weekly postal dispatch. We photograph every piece in honest natural light so subtle glazes and grain patterns show true to life.

Studio methods

Measured hands and fire

Every object begins on the kick wheel or workbench using local stoneware clay, iron slip, and sustainably harvested orchard wood. We mix raw mineral pigments in small ceramic bowls, testing glazes in limited kiln runs before committing to full studio editions.

Nothing is rushed to satisfy an artificial retail calendar. Surfaces retain the subtle marks of steel ribs, turning hooks, and natural wood grain, celebrating tactile variation, quiet durability, and honest craft over factory uniformity.

Available pieces on the shelf

Fresh stoneware pieces, linen goods, and turned wooden wares from our latest studio firings are currently listed on the shelves with careful postal dispatch every week.
